การศึกษาการรับรู้ พฤติกรรมการทำงาน และความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ พฤติกรรมการทำงาน และความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานของพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.839 และแจกให้กับพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คนและวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 46-55 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาขั้นสูงสุดระดับปริญญาตรี มีอายุการทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปีขึ้นไป มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 - 20,000 บาท ซึ่งไม่เคยผ่านการอบรมแต่ได้รับการถ่ายทอดวิธีการใช้งานระบบฯ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า 1) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานในภาพรวมด้วยระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 2) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการทำงานไม่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานในภาพรวมด้วยระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และ 3) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไม่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการทำงานในภาพรวมด้วยระบบงานสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของพนักงานในองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจแห่งหนึ่งในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The purpose of this research is to study Perception, Work Performance, Electronic Correspondence System Capacity’s Confidence Affecting Work Effectiveness of the State Enterprises’ Employees in Bangkok. The questionnaire was used to collect data, which tested the validity and credibility of the content. Cronbach’s system was used for a sample of 30 people, which received a confidence level of 0.839; and distributed to employees of a State Enterprise in Bangkok for a total of 400 people. Statistical methods were divided into two categories: Descriptive Statistics and Inferential Statistics, including Simple Regression Analysis. It showed that the majority was female, aged 46 - 55 years old, had a Bachelor Degree, worked over 10 years, earned an average monthly income of 10,001 – 20,000 baht. Additionally, this sample group had not been formally trained, but was informed otherwise regarding how to use the system. The results of the hypothesis testing were 1) the influence of the perception affected the working effectiveness in overall with electronic correspondence system of the state enterprise’s employees in Bangkok, with a statistical significance at 0.05.; 2) the influence of the working performance had no effect on the working effectiveness in overall with electronic correspondence system of the state enterprise’s employees in Bangkok, with a statistical significance at 0.05.; and 3) the influence on confidence in the ability of the electronic correspondence system did not have an overall impact on the working effectiveness of the electronic correspondence system of the state enterprise’s employees in Bangkok. The statistical significance revealed by this survey was at level 0.05
