วัฒนธรรมองค์กรและทัศนคติและบรรยากาศในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ กรณีศึกษาพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการพนักงานบริษัทในพื้นที่ย่านถนนเพลินจิต และถนนสุขุมวิท

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและบรรยากาศในการทำงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ กรณีศึกษาพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการพนักงานบริษัท ในพื้นที่ย่านถนนเพลินจิต และถนนสุขุมวิท โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.913 และแจกกับพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่ย่านถนนเพลินจิต และถนนสุขุมวิท จำนวนทั้งหมด 400 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่าพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการพนักงานบริษัทในพื้นที่ย่านถนนเพลินจิต และถนนสุขุมวิท ให้ความสำคัญกับด้านพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติในการทำงาน คือ การรู้วิธีการทำงานใหม่ๆ มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด และให้วามสำคัญบรรยากาศในการปฏิบัติงาน คือ ความพอใจกับบรรยากาศ มีอิทธิพลสูงสุด

The objectives of this study are to study the Organizational Culture and Attitudes and Organizational Climate that influence the efficiency of operations. Case study on operational level in Ploenchit area and Sukhumvit area. The close-ended questionnaire was used to collect data and the content validity and realiability and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability tests were used in this study. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test was 0.913 from 30 participants contributions. Total of 400 people were asked to fill out questionnaire. The statistic methods were categorized into the descriptive and influential statistics methods. The influential statistics method was Multiple Regression Analysis. The result found that all comparing the average the operational level employees in Ploenchit area and Sukhumvit area. The focus on the atmosphere in the performance of facilities and security are very important.
