Abstract: | การวิจัยเชิงสารวจนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความไว้วางใจและลักษณะธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านชื่อเสียง ขนาด คุณภาพข้อมูล ความปลอดภัยในการทำธุรกรรม การสื่อสาร ประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจและการบอกต่อส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดจานวน 280 ชุด ในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และอาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 – 30 ปี มีสถานภาพโสดมีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน15,000 – 30,000 บาท ซึ่ง Facebook เป็นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้ามากที่สุด มีความถี่ในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากกว่า 10 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ และราคาเฉลี่ยต่อครั้งที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ประมาณ 500 – 1,000 บาท และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ความไว้วางใจและลักษณะธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจและด้านการบอกต่อส่งผลต่อความความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 โดยที่ลักษณะธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านการบอกต่อ (ß = .343) ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ความไว้วางใจต่อธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (ß = .323) และลักษณะธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านความเป็นไปได้ทางเศรษฐกิจ (ß = .270) ตามลาดับ ส่วนลักษณะธุรกิจผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านขนาด ชื่อเสียงการสื่อสารความปลอดภัยในการทำธุรกรรม และคุณภาพข้อมูล ไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ This survey research aimed to study trust and characteristics of social
commerce in terms of reputation, size, information quality, transaction safety,
communication,economic feasibility and word-of-mouth referrals affecting the
purchase intention via social media. The total 280 sets of closed-ended
questionnaires with the samples that used to purchase products or services via social-media and
live in Bangkok. The study was found that most of the respondents were single female, aged
20 - 30 years old with a bachelor’s degree. Most of them work for private companies
and earn average monthly income between 15,000 - 30,000 Baht. Facebook is the
social media affecting their purchase decisions the most. The frequency in using
social media was more than 10 times per week and their average price per purchase
via social media was between 500 - 1,000 Bath.The results of hypothesis test were found that trust and characteristics of
social commerce in terms of economic feasibility and word-of-mouth referrals
affecting the purchase intention via social media with statistical significance at .05
level. In addition, characteristics of social commerce in terms of word-of-mouth
referrals (ß = .343) affected the purchase intention the most, followed by the trust
on online business (ß = .323) and characteristics of social commerce in terms of
economic feasibility (ß = .270). In contrast, characteristics of social commerce in
terms of size, reputation, communication, transaction safety, and information quality
did not affect the purchase intention via social media. |
