ปัจจัยการรับรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ ประจำการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จ.เชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการรับรู้เรื่องการจัดการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานกับพฤติกรรมในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ ประจำการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค และ เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้เรื่องการจัดความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของระดับปฏิบัติการ ประจำการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จากผู้สอบถาม 310 คน ที่เป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ ประจำการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จ.เชียงใหม่ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานคือปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านประสบการณ์การอบรมเรื่องความปลอดภัย มีความสัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมในการใช้เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัย เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน รวมถึงปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมในด้านความพร้อมทางด้านร่างกาย และจิตใจของพนักงาน ส่วนปัจจัยการรับรู้เรื่องการจัดการความปลอดภัยในการทำงานทั้ง 5 คือ นโยบายด้านความปลอดภัย ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านความปลอดภัย ทัศนคติที่มีต่อความปลอดภัย การจูงใจด้านความปลอดภัย ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมในการทำงานของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ

This research is to study the factors of the safety management in workplace that influences the working behavior of employees at operational level; it aims at studying the relation between the individual factors of employees and the working behavior of the employees at operational levels at the Provincial Electricity Authority; and the relation between the safety management in working and behavioral safety when working at the operational level employees at the Provincial Electricity Authority. The results, from 310 participants who are operational level employees at the Provincial Electricity Authority, Chiangmai Province, showed the individual factors related to safety behavior at work were that personal experiences in safety training involved with the operational behavior of safety equipment and tools, for safety in workplace, as well as educational levels and working duration affected the behavior in physical and mental readiness of employees. The five factors of safety management in working, which are safety policies, safety knowledge, safety information, safety attitudes, safety persuasion, do not affect the work behavior of employees at operational levels.
