Abstract: | This thesis investigates the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and employee attitudes on organizational innovation within Thailand's telecommunications industry. It aims to explore how these factors interact to shape innovation in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive sector. To achieve this objective, a mixed-methods approach was employed. Quantitative data were collected through structured surveys distributed among employees at various organizational levels. Additionally, qualitative insights were gathered through in-depth interviews with key industry stakeholders. The findings reveal that transformational leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering an innovative environment. Organizational culture, characterized by collaboration, empowerment, and a supportive climate, is identified as a key driver of innovation. Employee attitudes, encompassing beliefs, actions, and feelings, significantly influenced innovation outcomes. This study concludes that an integrated approach to leadership development, cultural transformation, and employee engagement is essential for sustaining innovation in Thailand's telecommunications sector. The findings offer valuable insights for both practitioners and policymakers, emphasizing strategies to enhance innovation capabilities in a dynamic business environment. |
