ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความภักดีในแบรนด์น้ำพริกผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาส่งผลต่อความภักดีในแบรนด์น้ำพริกผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยคุณภาพบริการออนไลน์ การรับรู้คุณภาพสินค้า และความไว้วางใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชากรที่อาศัยในประเทศไทยและเคยซื้อน้ำพริกผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จำนวน 400 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพบริการออนไลน์ และการรับรู้คุณภาพสินค้า ส่งผลต่อความภักดีในแบรนด์น้ำพริกผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในประเทศไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ขณะที่ การรับรู้ความไว้วางใจ พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

This research aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer loyalty to chili paste brands through online channels in Thailand, with a specific focus on online service quality, perceived quality, and trust. The study employed a sample of 400 who lived in Thailand and had purchased chili paste through online channels. Descriptive statistics included percentages, means, standard deviations, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses at a significance level of 0.05. The findings reveal that online service quality and perceived quality significantly affected the loyalty of the chili paste brand through online channels of consumers in Thailand. However, no statistically significant difference was observed in relation to trust.
