Abstract: With the widespread use of food recommendation APP in daily life. Many functions provide us with a lot of convenience. However, whether these functions are optimized for the experience of Chinese travelers remains an urgent problem to be solved. In particular, whether it plays an active role in the interest and consumption of Chinese local tourists. The quantitative research will focus on a survey of two hundred Chinese local tourists’ users. The respondents participated in this survey by using specific questions. Content analysis is also used to investigate the eating habits of Chinese local tourists in different regions. Combining the two research methods, it will analyze whether the food recommendation APP can effectively apply to persuasive techniques.
