ลักษณะของเนื้อหาและรูปแบบที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ที่กดถูกใจเพจ “จับเข่าเล่าประวัติศาสตร์”

Abstract

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประเภทเนื้อหาและรูปแบบที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมบนเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ “จับเข่าเล่าประวัติศาสตร์” ซึ่งเป็นเพจที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ไทย และประเทศเพื่อนบ้านมาอย่างยาวนาน โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research Method) ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย การสัมภาษณ์ (Interview) การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (Experimental Base Research Method) ในการนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาออกแบบรูปแบบและเนื้อหา จำนวน 4 โพสต์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาการออกแบบเนื้อหาให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ติดตาม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประเภทรูปแบบของเนื้อหาที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมบนเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ จับเข่าเล่าประวัติศาสตร์ มากที่สุด คือ รูปแบบของเนื้อหาประเภท Real Time Content และ Question and Opinion Content มีการตอบสนองต่อโพสต์ในระดับสูง มีจำนวนการมีส่วนร่วมมาก (Engagement) ทั้งในด้านการไลก์ แชร์ คอมเมนต์ และการคลิกโพสต์ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามผลการสัมภาษณ์ที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความสนใจคอนเทนต์แบบ Real Time Content และ Question and Opinion Content เป็นพิเศษ ในขณะที่เพจจับเข่าเล่าประวัติศาสตร์มีลักษณะเด่น คือ เนื้อหาแบบ Single Photo with Text Content โดยบางส่วนมีลักษณะแบบ Real Time Content และแบบ Question and Opinion Content เน้นคอนเทนต์ที่เป็นข้อความอย่างมาก ด้วยภาษาที่ค่อนข้างเป็นวิชาการสูง เพจจับเข่าเล่าประวัติศาสตร์ รวมถึงเพจอื่น ๆ ที่อยู่ในลักษณะเดียวกันจึงควรปรับปรุงในบางจุด เช่น เนื้อหาและรูปแบบที่มีความหลากหลายขึ้น สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ติดตาม หรือการลดความเป็นทางการของภาษาลง แต่การปรับปรุงดังกล่าวนี้ ควรกระทำโดยที่ยังคงมาตรฐานวิชาการ และเอกลักษณ์ของเพจเอง

The objectives of this study were to study the content types and content styles that affects consumer engagement on Facebook Fanpage of Thai History Talk which is a page that provides knowledge about Thai history and neighboring countries for a long time. This research is a Qualitative Research to collect information. This consists of interviews, content analysis and Experimental Base Research methodology in using the information obtained from the interview to design the format and content of 4 posts with the objective of studying the behavior of the target group in order to develop content design to meet the needs of followers. The research found that the formats of type contents will affect the engagement of Facebook fan pages “Thai History Talks” Especially, the form of content type “Real Time Content” and “Question and Opinion Content” with show a high level of post response in terms of likes, shares, comments and post clicks. This is according to the interview results that the sample group has a special interest in Real Time Content and Question and Opinion Content. However, the page “Thai History Talks” has a particularly feature is Single Photo with Text Content, some of which are Real Time Content and Question and Opinion Content with a highly academic language The page tells the story of history, so it should be improved at some point, such as a more diverse content, reduce the formality of the language while maintaining academic standards and the identity of the page itself.
