ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อสุขภาวะจิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในยุคนววิถีกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการให้บริการบนอากาศยาน

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับสุขภาวะจิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 และ 2) พยากรณ์ระดับสุขภาวะจิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 จากปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษานี้ใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำ จำนวน 371 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบลูกโซ่ และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและอภิปรายผล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เพศ การรับรู้สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานด้านกายภาพ และการบริหารจัดการองค์กรเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อสุขภาวะจิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน โดยพบว่าเพศหญิงมีระดับสุขภาวะจิตดีกว่าเพศชายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานด้านกายภาพมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบ และปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติต่อระดับสุขภาวะจิตของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน (p<.01)

The purposes of the current study are 1) to study factors influencing the psychological well-being of flight attendants, working with low-cost airlines during the Covid-19 and 2) to predict the psychological well-being of flight attendants, working with low-cost airlines during the Covid-19, from the influenced factors. The current study used an online questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data from 371 flight attendants of low-cost airlines. The sample was selected by using the snowball and convenience sampling. The statistics used for analyzing data was multiple linear regression. The findings showed that gender, environmental perceptions, and organizational management were found to have an effect on psychological well-being of flight attendants. They showed that female had statistically significant higher level of psychological well-being than male (p<.05). The environmental perceptions factor was found to have a negative significant relation, while the organizational management factor was found to have a positive significant relationship with psychological well-being of flight attendants (p<.01).
