Abstract: This study examined the motivation and development of InsKru Platform, a Thai education technology platform that provides a virtual space for teachers to share their knowledge and seek new forms of pedagogies and assessments. There are three main research questions: 1. Why do and do not teachers acquire knowledge from the online platform? 2. How do the teachers apply knowledge from the online platform? and 3. Why does teacher shares or not share their experiences and know-how on the online platform? This research conducts the Single Case Study method to collect and analyst data from users. Many teachers need new knowledge and skills to improve their careers. Teachers need up-to-date, helpful, and intended knowledge that applies to their classroom regarding knowledge acquisition. Besides, the problem of how to use new knowledge is significant. Some teachers stuck with the solution to apply practical knowledge in an actual situation. More than anything else, they need a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings with the community. In this regard, InsKru still has the gap or opportunity to develop the website to be a complete and qualified platform. This research found evidence that the online knowledge-sharing platform has many benefits for Thai teachers' professional development. There are many opportunities to improve this learning & sharing community.
