Abstract

การศึกษาแผนธุรกิจ บริษัท The Gallery Art Salon จำกัด ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของ ธุรกิจร้านเสริมสวย และสร้างผลตอบแทนให้กับธุรกิจในอัตรากำไรกำไรที่เพิ่มขึ้น 81 เปอร์เซ็นต์ แผนธุรกิจนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาค้นคว้ามาจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลในอินเทอร์เน็ตและคู่แข่งของทางบริษัท ได้แก่ ร้านเสริมสวยละแวกนั้น การสำรวจการให้การบริการสอบถามเรื่องของราคาของคู่แข่ง เข้าเช็คดูกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ได้รีวิวร้านเสริมสวยนั้น ๆโดยผ่านสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย

The objective of this thesis are to find possibility of establishment of the Gallery Art Salon Business Model in Muaeng district, Chiangmai province and find possibility of increasing profit in percentage. This business plan was researched by gathering raw data and useful information from internet sources, survey regarding neighborhood competitor salons in perspective of their competitiveness, their quality of service and their access ability to target group through social media.
