Abstract

การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจที่ปรึกษาและสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการวางแผน เตรียมการ และศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการวางระบบให้กับแผน และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการจ้างที่มีความเป็นไปได้ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการตัดสินใจในการดำเนินกิจการจริง การศึกษาทำการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจทั้งปัจจัยภายนอกและภายใน การวางแผนทางการตลาด การจัดการองค์กรและบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล รวมถึงแผนการดำเนินงานจริง และแผนการเงิน โดยการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์และการประมาณการกับสิ่งที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับธุรกิจด้วยเงื่อนไขอะไรบ้าง เริ่มต้นจากการลงทุนทั้งหมดกี่บาท และจะคืนทุนภายในกี่ปี เนื่องจากเป็นธุรกิจเฉพาะทางของทางด้านวิศวกรรม(ผู้ตรวจสอบพลังงาน) ที่ผู้ที่จะทำธุรกิจนี้ได้ต้องผ่านเงื่อนไขกฎเกณฑ์และการรับรองหลายอย่าง จึงมีสิทธิในการเป็นผู้ประกอบกิจการนี้ได้ ทางผู้จัดทำก็หวังว่าข้อมูลการทำแผนธุรกิจนี้จะมีประโยชน์ต่อผู้อ่าน ซึ่งจะมีบทบาทกับลูกค้าที่เป็นโรงงานควบคุมและอาคารควบคุม ที่ถูกกำหนดในพระราชกฤษฎีกาเป็นหลัก.

Preparation of business plan for consulting and calibration of measuring instrument. The objectives are planning, preparing, and studying related business information which systemize business plan. Moreover, studying the factors that affect the decision of the customer possibility in order to guide decision in the actual operation. This research is analyzing the business both external and internal factors. It is also marketing planning, organizational and human resources management, the actual operation plan and financial plans which will analyze and estimate on what conditions affect on the business, starting from total investment and its payback period. As it is a specific business of engineering (Energy auditors), people who can run this type of business has to meet several of conditions, rules and certifications so they have right to operate the business. The author hopes that this business plan will be useful to the readers. This research will target on customers who are operating the designated factory and designated building under Royal Decree.
