Abstract: การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อกล้องติดรถยนต์ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่มีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและมีค่า ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.938 ในการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่มีรถยนต์ใช้งาน เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการซื้อสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ และมีความสนใจที่จะซื้อกล้องติดรถยนต์ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จำนวน 350 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 41–50 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,000–25,000 บาท ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาในการดูสินค้าออนไลน์โดยเฉลี่ย 1–3 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ และเหตุผลที่ทำให้สนใจซื้อกล้องติดรถยนต์ คือ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานการกระทำผิดกฎหมายจราจรของคู่กรณีเมื่อเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อกล้องติดรถยนต์ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยี ประกอบด้วย การรับรู้ถึงความง่ายในการใช้งาน การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ การรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยง และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย การสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ชุมชนออนไลน์ โฆษณาออนไลน์
The research was aimed primarily to explore the attitude toward using technology and social media affecting purchase intention on dashboard cameras via online of consumers in Bangkok and its vicinity. The study was the mixed method design using the interview and close–ended questionnaire passed the verification of content validity by experts and reliability test of 0.938 to use for data collection. The multi–stage sampling was implemented to gather data from 350 consumers in Bangkok and its vicinity, who owned a car, used to buy stuffs from online channels, and were interested to buy a dashboard camera via online. The statistical analysis was conducted by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents were males with 41–50 years of age. Most of them completed a bachelor’s degree, worked for private companies, and earned average monthly income of 15,000–25,000 bahts. They spent average 1–3 hours weekly in viewing online products, and reason for a dashboard camera’s purchase intention was to be used as evidence of traffic violation of the parties when the accident occurred. In addition, the factors affecting purchase intention on dashboard camera via online of consumers in Bangkok and its vicinity with statistically significant at 0.05 were attitudes toward using technology in terms of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk; and social media in terms of electronic word of mouth, online communities, and online advertisement.
