Abstract

การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในแผนธุรกิจขยายตลาด บริษัท เซี่ย หยง เฉิง อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ในการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจนี้ ได้วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและอุปสรรคของธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง ความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันและวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า บริษัท เซี่ย หยง เฉิง อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด จะต้องมองหาตลาดใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ ทั้งในส่วนของตลาดอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยเน้นที่บริเวณชานเมืองหรือปริมณฑลออกไปจนถึงจังหวัดใกล้เคียง เพราะตัวเลือกที่บริษัทเหล่านี้กำลังมองหา คือผู้ผลิตแบบเรา ถ้าหากเป็นโครงการในเมืองจะเลือกใช้บริษัทรายใหญ่ที่มีชื่อเสียงมากกว่า ในส่วนของลูกค้ารายใหม่ที่ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ลักษณะนี้ แม้จะไม่ใช่กลุ่มธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ก็ควรที่จะเลือกหาและติดต่อไว้เช่นกัน เพราะผลิตภัณฑ์ชิ้นส่วนจับยึดหรือชิ้นส่วนแม่พิมพ์สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบได้เสมอ การหาข้อมูลทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และอาจช่วยได้ในเรื่องของการพัฒนาเทคนิคการผลิตให้ทันกับความต้องการของตลาด โดยผู้บริหารได้วางกลยุทธ์ของธุรกิจในรูปแบบ Focused Differentiation ซึ่งเป็นการมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มตลาดเฉพาะที่มีศักยภาพและอำนาจในการสั่งซื้อ คือกลุ่มลูกค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ ซึ่งมีความต้องการชิ้นส่วนที่มีความเที่ยงตรงสูง โดยทำการประมาณการผลิตและงบประมาณการทางด้านการเงินเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน โดยคาดหวังผลตอบแทนเฉลี่ยที่ 10% ต่อปี ผลการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินจากแนวทางการดำเนินธุรกิจ พบว่าโครงการทีมีอายุ 7 ปี มีผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน ดังนี้ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนที่ 4.31 ปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (Net Present Value : NPV) 1,649,387 บาท และ อัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน (IRR) อยู่ที่ 14.77% ดังนั้นหากเป็นการดําเนินธุรกิจในระยะยาวแล้ว พบว่าเป็นโครงการที่น่าลงทุน

The making of this business plan is aimed to study the potential of expanding the market of Xie Yong Chen Industrial Co., Ltd. In the process, its business environments, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, competitive advantages, and possible revenue are analysed. The findings are as followed: Xie Yong Chen Industrial Co., Ltd. needs to keep looking for new markets, including automotive industry and electronics industry market, to invest in. Those in Bangkok's suburbs and environs should be the first priority as those in urban areas tend to call for more prominent major companies. It is also advisory that new clients, even not of automotive industry, be found and kept in touch with because fixtures and moulds can always be adapted to suit certain needs. Moreover, conducting research can help develop manufacturing techniques to keep up with market demand, and focused differentiation strategy is also to be underway, which will focus on target groups with potential and power to buy, in this case being electronics and automotive industries that are in need of immensely precisely manufactured parts. Estimation of production and cost will be calculated and compared to determine its worthiness, and average revenue of 10 percents per year is expected. The financial analysis reveals that, for a 7-year project, the payback period is 4.31 years. Net Present Value (NPV) is 1,649,387 baht and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 14.77%. Therefore, it is considered worth it to make a long-term investment.
