แนวทางการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนริมน้ำ จันทบูร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางกายภาพของชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูร ในลักษณะของการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อชมวิถีชีวิตของประชากรในชุมชน2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสมกับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนของชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูร จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก รวมทั้งสิ้น 53 คน มีการสัมภาษณ์ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ภายในชุมชนผู้นำชุมชนผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ให้การสนับสนุนนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย และสรุปประเด็นจากการสัมภาษณ์และการอภิปรายผล ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ในการพัฒนาชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูรให้เป็นพื้นที่การท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนจำเป็นต้องเกิดขึ้นจากการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้า และผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ภายในชุมชน รวมถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินการ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นภายในชุมชน จากการที่ผู้วิจัยได้ลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์ภายในชุมชนและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนได้รับความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี โดยเริ่มจากผู้นำชุมชนวางแผนที่จะพัฒนาชุมชนภายใต้แนวทางการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน และการขอการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐคือกระทรวงพาณิชย์จังหวัดจันทบุรี หลังจากนั้นได้มีการระดมเงินเพื่อนำเงินมาพัฒนา ซ่อมแซมสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูร โดยผู้ที่มีส่วนได้เสียคือผู้นำชุมชน หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้า ผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ภายในชุมชน รวมทั้งผู้คนภายนอกชุมชนที่มีความประสงค์จะช่วยเหลือชุมชนริมน้ำจันทบูรในการพัฒนาพื้นที่

The research is to study Sustainable Tourism Approach, managed by community. Case study : chanthaboon waterfront mueng distric chanthaburi province. The research objectives are 1) To study the physical characteristics of the Chantaburi waterfront community. In the nature of tourism. 2) To study the sustainable tourism management of the Chantaburi waterfront community. Chantaburi province.The researcher interviewed 53 people who are community residents, community leaders, shoppers, government agencies and Thai tourists. Then summarize issues from interview and discussion. The informationwas analyzed. The researcher spent time with the community and interviewed people. The researcher found that participation from key stakeholders such as community leaders, relevant government agencies, shop owners and people in the community play important role in applyingwith sustainable development concept.Also, problems and obstacles in the implementationand changes within the community were mentioned as the important information for sustainable development. The development processes should be started with the community leaders planned to revive the old community and cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce in Chanthaburi. After that, there was a share for the money to repair the community. The shareholders are community leaders, related agencies, shop owners,people living in the community. It’s also included people outside the community who wish to help the community along the river.
