Abstract: | การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนการแสดงเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและศักยภาพของผู้เรียน 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการจัดการและกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารทางการตลาดของสถาบันสอนการแสดง 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและวิธีแก้ไขของสถาบันสอนการแสดง
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับบุคลที่เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลหลัก (Key Informants) จำนวน 3 ท่าน โดยแบ่งเป็นผู้บริหารสถาบันสอนการแสดงและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนการแสดงต้องทำการจัดตั้งสถาบันให้เป็นไปตามบทนิยามแห่งพระราชบัญญัติโรงเรียนเอกชน (ฉบับที่ 2) ที่มีการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมาย รูปแบบ วิธีการจัดการศึกษา ระยะเวลาของการศึกษา การวัดและประเมินผล รวมถึงโครงสร้างในการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน อีกทั้งยังต้องทำการจดทะเบียนการจัดตั้งบริษัทตาม ปพท. มาตรา 1097 กับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ 2) การบริหารจัดการและการทำกลยุทธ์สื่อสารทางการตลาดของสถาบันสอนการแสดงจำเป็นต้องมีการกำหนดแผนงานการดำเนินการในแต่ละปีแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ไตรมาส เพื่อตรวจสอบการเติบโตและกำไรของทางสถาบัน การจัดทำหลักสูตรให้ตรงตามความต้องการของตลาดและผู้เรียน การประชาสัมพันธ์ของสถาบัน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เช่น เฟซบุ๊ก อินสตราแกรม ทวิตเตอร์ เว็บไซต์และไลน์ เข้ามาเป็นตัวช่วยในการทำให้สถาบันให้เป็นที่รู้จัก 3) ปัญหาที่พบเจอของการจัดตั้งสถาบันสอนการแสดง คือ ปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถของผู้ปกครองที่มาส่งบุตรหลานหรือของผู้เรียนที่มีไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ ซึ่งในการจัดตั้งสถาบันควรหาทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้ใจกลางเมือง อยู่ใกล้ขนส่งสาธารณะหรืออยู่ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าเพื่อการเดินทาง การจอดรถที่สะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น The objectives of this study were 1) To examine the establishment of Performing Arts Institutes for developing personality and capacity of the learners 2) To study the administrative management and market media strategies of the institutes 3) To investigate the problems and their solutions of the institutes.
This research was qualitative, using in-depth interview with there key informants, a performing art manager, and other relating persons
The result revealed that 1) the establishment of the institute had to be set up according to the Act of Private School (Copy 2) which specified the aims, pattern, education management, education period and evaluation including building structure. Moreover, the acting schools needed the registration for their companies according to The Thailand Civil and Commercial Code Section 1097 of Department Business Development, Ministry of Commerce 2) Management and market media strategies of the institutes needed to be designated yearly objective plan which divided into three quarters in order to investigate growth and the benefit of the institutes. Courses had to be set up according to the need of market and learners. The institutes used modern technology such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Websites and lines to help the schools to be more well-known. 3) The problems encountered in setting up the Art Performance Institutes were the parking area which was not enough for the students and their parents. Hence, to establish an institute, the place should be in the city near public transportation or close to the department store for more convenience in their parking spaces. |
