แผนธุรกิจเพื่อการจัดระบบสต๊อกอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์เพื่อลดต้นทุนและการขยายธุรกิจ ร้านภัทรลักษณ์กลการ จังหวัดชัยนาท

Abstract

การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาโอกาส ปัญหา และอุปสรรคของธุรกิจประเภทการให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงและจำหน่ายอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ของร้านภัทรลักษณ์กลการ จังหวัดชัยนาท โดยทำการวิจัยในด้านการจัดการสต๊อกอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์เพื่อลดต้นทุนการสั่งซื้ออะไหล่ในเบื้องต้น เนื่องจากระบบเดิมไม่มีระบบการจัดการสต๊อกอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดทำแผนเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการขยายธุรกิจในอนาคตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด วิธีการในการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจในครั้งนี้ เริ่มจากการเก็บข้อมูล การจำหน่ายอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างอะไหล่ที่ขายดีนำมาวิเคราะห์ เพื่อให้เห็นต้นทุนและกำไรที่แท้จริง ทำให้สามารถวางแนวทางในการสั่งซื้ออะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ให้มีปริมาณอะไหล่ที่เหมาะสมและสัมพันธ์กับยอดขายอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ในแต่ละเดือนด้วย ในด้านการ ขยายธุรกิจ เมื่อได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์การแข่งขัน ทำให้เห็นโอกาสในการขยายฐานลูกค้า 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1.) กลุ่มวัยรุ่นและผู้ที่ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ประเภทบิ๊กไบค์ โดยการจำหน่ายหมวกกันน็อคทรง Full-Face ที่กำลังเป็นที่นิยม รวมทั้งการเพิ่มช่องทางการติดต่อสื่อสารแบบออนไลน์ ผ่าน Facebook Page 2.) กลุ่มลูกค้าที่เป็นช่าง จะเน้นเพิ่มราคาขายส่งอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ให้มากยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมกับการให้บริการรูปแบบเฉพาะสำหรับช่างที่เป็นเจ้าของกิจการแบบครบวงจร ในแผนสำหรับเป้าหมายระยะยาว จะมีการขยายสาขาและจุดบริการไปยังอำเภอต่างๆ ที่มีขนาดใหญ่ในจังหวัดชัยนาท จากแผนธุรกิจที่ได้กล่าวมาข้างต้นนี้สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและดำเนินธุรกิจ ตอกย้ำภาพลักษณ์ความเป็นผู้นำด้านการให้บริการและจำหน่ายอะไหล่รถจักรยานยนต์ที่ครบวงจรในจังหวัดชัยนาท สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี

This business plan is intended as a guideline for the study of problems,opportunities and threats to the business of motorcycle parts and services center: Phattralak Konlakan (Chai Nat). By researching on stock motorcycle spare parts to reduce cost of spare parts procurement. Because the original system did not have a good stock management system for motorcycle parts. In addition, there are plans to expand the business in the future to continuity and efficiency. The method of this business plan is start from collection sale’s data of motorcycle spare parts and select sample of best seller spare parts to be analyzed for seeing the actual cost and profit in order to purchase the motorcycle parts in relation with motorcycle parts sales each month. Furthermore, in business expansion is analyzed the business environment so competitive can analysis the opportunity to expand the customer base in two groups 1.) Selling popular Full-Face helmets to teenagers and motorcyclists riding big bikes by sharing on online communication through Facebook fan page 2.) The customer, technician groups, will focus on increasing the wholesale price of motorcycle parts along with specialized services for technicians in the plan for long-term goals. It will expand branches and service to every districts in Chai Nat. The above business can be used as a guideline to develop business and reinforcing leadership in servicing and selling motorcycle parts in Chai Nat. We can meet the needs of customers as well.
