Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเสื้อผ้าเด็กในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่มีความสนใจและใช้บริการเสื้อผ้าเด็กอยู่แล้วทั้งเพศหญิงและชาย อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไปในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 155 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวก วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ เพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด มีอิทธิพลต่อความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บริการเสื้อผ้าเด็กในกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this research is to study factors that affected the expectation of the customers who buy children’s wear in Bangkok which are integrated marketing communication, motivation and marketing mix (4Ps). The sample is people who are interested in children’s wear. This sample consists of 155 men and women in Bangkok and they are 20 years old or above this age. Questionnaire was used in this study. Then, I analyze the information by using the frequency, percentage, venom, standard deviation, and multiple regression to test the hypothesis. The result of this research show that the main three factors have some effect on the patients and their statistically significant is 0.05 which relates to all of the hypothesis
