Abstract

แผนธุรกิจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนโดยช่วยกำหนดกรอบความคิดและเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับเจ้าของธุรกิจ ผลการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบขนส่งในไทยพบว่าการขนส่งทางรางและทางน้ำมีการขนส่งอยู่ไนระดับกลาง และทางบกมีการขนส่งไนระดับมากและแข่งขันกันอย่างรุนแรงเช่น การลงทุน เวลา รวมไปถึงความปลอดภัยความน่าเชื่อถือ จากผลการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์คานินิคอล (Canonical Covariation)พบว่าการขนส่งมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิพลของการขนส่งในด้านต้นทุน และความน่าเชื่อถือมีดังนี้ 1. ประเมินปัจจัยคุณภาพ การให้บริการของบริษัทโรสรินทร์ ทรานสปอร์ตผลการศึกษาว่า 1)เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยคุณภาพการให้บริการที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของการขนส่งทางบกบริษัทโรสรินทร์ ทรานสปอร์ต 3)เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการปฏิบัติติงานโดยมีแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือวัดในการวิจัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการลงทุนและพิจารณาหลักเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆประกอบการตัดสินใจการลงทุนต่อไป 2. แนวคิดการดำเนินการวิจัย ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ศึกษาได้มีการรวมแนวความคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องในการศึกษาดังนี้ 2.1 วิธีการดำเนินการ: เก็บข้อมูลเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) จากข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Analysis) 2.2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย: แบบสอบถามปลายปิด 2.3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษา : กลุ่มประชากรที่เคยใช้บริการรถขนส่ง 2.4 จำนวนตัวอย่าง : จำนวน 200 คน 2. 5 วิธีการสุ่ม / เลือกตัวอย่าง: ใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงกับกลุ่มประชากรที่เคยใช้บริการรถขนส่ง 3. สมมติฐานการวิจัย ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการบริการมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการ 4. ค่าสถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation coefficient) ใช้เพื่อวัด ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า เพื่อให้การประกอบธุรกิจประสบความสำเร็จ ผู้ประกอบการต้องมีการวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ด้านการเตรียมเงินทุน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่ตั้ง เพราะเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจให้สำเร็จลุล่วง โดยมีกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ในด้านผลตอบแทนจะพบว่า เงินลงทุนโครงการ 15,000,000 บาท โดยเป็นส่วนของเจ้าของทั้งหมด โดยคาดการณ์ว่า จะมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเท่ากับ 0.807 ที่อัตราผลตอบแทน 10 % ที่ระยะเวลา 5 ปี มีมูลค่า ปัจจุบันสุทธิหรือ NPV เท่ากับ 35,335,262.07 บาท ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า โครงการให้ผลตอบแทน สูงกว่าที่คาดหวังไว้ และมี IRR เท่ากับ 63.25 %

The objective of this business plan is to set up a clear goal for determining a concept idea and a planning guideline and preparing readiness for business owners. The analysis result of transportation forms in Thailand was found that rail and land transportations were moderate. Land transportation was much with severe competition such as investment, time, safety, and reliability. From the analysis result of Canonical Covariation, it showed that efficiency and effectiveness of transportation is cost and reliability as follows: 1. Evaluate quality factors, services of Roserin Transport Company. It showed that 1) to evaluate quality, 2) to study relationship of service quality factors which affect an efficiency of land transportation of Roserin Transport Company, 3) to study relationship of operations and questionnaire is a research tool. People used for this study are a guideline of investment and consider criteria for investment decision. 2. For research concepts and relevant theories, a researcher collected concepts and relevant theories for studies as follows: 2.1 Methodology: Conduct survey research from questionnaire and descriptive analysis. 2.2 Tool used for research: Close ended questionnaire 2.3 Studied Sample: People who have ever used a transportation vehicle 2.4 Group samples: 200 persons 2. 5 Sampling / Sample selection: use the specific sample selection with people who have ever used a transportation vehicle. 3. Research hypothesis and service mix factors relate decision of service selection. 4. Basic statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and correlation coefficient for measuring relation of variables. The study showed that to reach successful business, an entrepreneur should plan and prepare readiness of business operation, capital, personnel, and place because they are factors which support successful business with business strategies. For yield, it showed that the project investment fund was 15,000,000 Baht and total amount was an owner’s proportion. It was expected that a payback period is equal to 0.807 and yield is 10 % within 5 years. Net Profit Value is equal to 35,335,262.07 Baht. It showed that the project provided the yield higher than expected and IRR is equal to 63.25 %.
