Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวกับโอกาสในเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดนของอำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพการเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวกับโอกาสในเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดนของอำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยว ด้านสภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านกิจกรรม/ เส้นทาง ท่องเที่ยว ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการบริการและความปลอดภัย 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว อำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ให้สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวและความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยวให้สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวและความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยว ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้วิธีการสำรวจรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนร่วมต่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดนของอำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการ ประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 400 คน ผลวิจัยปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจาก กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการ ประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว เป็นเพศหญิง มากกว่า เพศชาย ส่วนใหญ่ อายุ 20 - 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนา ภาคตะวันออก รองลงมา ภาคกลาง มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 30,000 บาทขึ้นไป ตามลำดับในด้านพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ส่วนมากเคยมีการเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว ยานพาหนะที่ใช้ในการเดินทาง รถโดยสารประจำทาง มากสุด รองลงมา รถยนต์ส่วนตัว วัตถุประสงค์ของการเดินทางเพื่อท่องเที่ยว/ พักผ่อน รองลงมา ประชุม/ สัมมนา ติดต่อธุรกิจ/ ทำงาน มีการทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยว โทรทัศน์/ วิทยุ รองลงมา หนังสือพิมพ์/ นิตยสาร ระยะเวลาที่มาท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 1 วัน สถานที่นึกถึงเมื่อเดินทางมาอำเภออรัญประเทศ ตลาดโรงเกลือ มากสุด รองลงมา คาสิโน พระสยามเทวาธิราช ตามลำดับ และมีความคิดเห็นต่อศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภออรัญประเทศจังหวัดสระแก้ว ในระดับมาก ด้านโรงแรมและที่พัก รองลงมา ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ด้านการรักษาความสะอาดและคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม และระดับปานกลางในด้านการบริการการท่องเที่ยว ตามลำดับ และมีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ บริเวณพื้นที่แนวชายแดน จังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยรวมในระดับมากเมื่อจำแนกตามกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการ มีความคิดเห็นในระดับมาก สูงกว่ากลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานงานวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ภูมิลำเนา และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มีผลต่อศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภออรัญประเทศจังหวัดสระแก้ว แตกต่างกัน และกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ผู้ประกอบการ ประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว มีผลต่อศักยภาพแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในอำเภออรัญประเทศจังหวัดสระแก้ว แตกต่างกัน และผลวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่ารูปแบบการประเมินศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อโอกาสในเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดนของอำเภออรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยรูปแบบการประเมินศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยว ด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด รองลงมา ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านโรงแรมและที่พัก และด้านการรักษาความสะอาดและคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลำดับ
