Abstract: | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังในการส่งมอบที่รวดเร็ว ประสบการณ์การใช้บริการ ความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ ความกังวลต่อเทคโนโลยี การใช้งานจริง และความน่าเชื่อถือที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคที่เคยใช้บริการชำระบิลต่าง ๆ ผ่านเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติและอาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 200 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมปลายหรือเทียบเท่า มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่ำกว่า 15,000 บาท ชำระค่าบริการที่ใช้บริการบ่อยที่สุด คือ ค่าโทรศัพท์ ราคาเฉลี่ยของการทำรายการจ่ายชำระบิลที่ใช้บริการในแต่ละครั้ง คือ น้อยกว่า 500 บาท และส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่ในการใช้บริการเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติส่วนใหญ่ คือ น้อยกว่า
1 ครั้งต่อเดือน สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้เครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติของผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสระบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ความคาดหวังในการส่งมอบที่รวดเร็ว ประสบการณ์การใช้บริการ ความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ การใช้งานจริง และความน่าเชื่อถือ โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจใช้บริการเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสระบุรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.8 ในขณะที่ปัจจัยความกังวลต่อเทคโนโลยีและความน่าเชื่อถือไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการเครื่องรับชำระเงินอัตโนมัติของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดสระบุรี This research aimed to study the expected speed of delivery, previous experience, performance expectancy, technology anxiety, actual usage, and reliability affecting decision to use bill payment kiosks of customers in Saraburi province. Close-ended questionnaires were tested for the reliability and content validity. The samples consisted of 200 customers who used to pay bills via the bill payment kiosks and lived in Saraburi province. The inferential statistics for hypothesis test was the multiple regression analysis.
The results indicated that the majority of participants were female with 20-25 years of age and completed senior high schools or equivalence. Most of them earned a monthly income less than 15,000 baht. They paid bills using bill payment kiosks once a month. The amount of payment was less than 500 baht and the type of payment was telephone bills. Additionally, the expected speed of delivery, previous experience, performance expectancy, and actual usage affected the decision to use bill payment kiosks of customers in Saraburi province at the statistical significance levels of 0.05. These factors explained 59.8 % of the impacts on decision to use bill payment kiosks of customers in Saraburi province. However, the technology anxiety and the reliability did not affect decision to use bill payment kiosks of customers in Saraburi province. |
