Abstract: | The researcher focused on determining the factors of the infertility, age and semen parameters on IVF outcome, medical tourist type, IVF Cycle, quality, reputation, perceived service costs, and promotion positively affecting word of mouth behavior of international medical travelers to come to the hospitals in Thailand for IVF medical treatment purposes. The 300 usable questionnaires were collected from the international patients who came for IVF medical treatment in the Thai fertility centers within the duration of ten days. Multiple regression analysis and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient were used for data analysis. The researcher found that infertility (β = 0. 288), quality (β = 0.252), and IVF Cycle (β = 0. 130) were tested to be positively affected word of mouth behavior of international medical travelers at .01 level of significance, explaining 65% of the influence toward word of mouth behavior. |
