Abstract

การจัดทำแผนธุรกิจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า พฤติกรรมของลูกค้าและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าในการใช้บริการร้านอาหาร รวมไปถึงแนวทางในการสร้างธุรกิจร้านอาหาร โดยใช้การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีการแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มพนักงาน นักศึกษา ครอบครัว จำนวน350คน โดยผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติพบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องของผลิตภัณฑ์มากที่สุดรองลงมาในด้านของ ทำเลที่ตั้งของร้านอาหาร และนอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า บรรยากาศและการตกแต่งร้านอาหารเป็นอีกปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เลือกรับใช้บริการ เมื่อพิจารณาความเป็นได้ของการลงทุนสร้างร้านอาหาร พบว่ามีความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน โดยใช้งบลงทุนประมาณ 2,000,000 บาท และมีค่า NPV เท่ากับ1,388,173.76 บาท IRR เท่ากับ 64% และระยะเวลาในการคืนทุนเท่ากับ 1 ปี 4 เดือน

This business plan was aimed to study marketing mix affecting customer needs, behaviors and satisfaction towards restaurant services. This was a quantitative research. The reliability test was conducted by giving questionnaires to 350 cases of employees, students and families. The results of statistical analysis showed that the majority of service recipients mostly focused on products, followed by restaurant location. In addition, atmosphere and decoration were one of factors that service recipients considered for using services. When consider the feasibility of restaurant investment, it was value for investment. For a budget worth 2,000,000 Baht, the net present value (NPV) was 1,388,173.76 Baht, internal rate of return (IRR) was 64% and payback period was 1.4 years.
