Abstract: | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ความเพลิดเพลิน สิ่งเร้าทางสภาวะแวดล้อม และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่าง
ต่อเนื่องของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบ
ความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
ที่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จำนวน 260 ราย และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์
ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20–30 ปี
มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001–
25,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า สิ่งเร้าด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ สิ่งเร้าทางสภาวะแวดล้อม
ด้านการให้บริการเฉพาะส่วนบุคคล และด้านความสามารถในการเข้าสังคม การยอมรับเทคโนโลยี
ด้านการรับรู้ความมีประโยชน์ และด้านความเพลิดเพลิน ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการใช้สื่อสังคม
ออนไลน์อย่างต่อเนื่องของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
โดยร่วมกันทำนายความตั้งใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างต่อเนื่องของผู้บริโภคในเขต
กรุงเทพมหานคร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.5 ในขณะที่การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีด้านการรับรู้ความง่ายใน
การใช้งานและความพึงพอใจ ไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์อย่างต่อเนื่องของ
ผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร The purpose of this study was to identify the satisfaction, enjoyment,
environmental stimuli and technology acceptance affecting continuance intention to
use social media of customers in Bangkok. Closed-ended survey questionnaires were
reviewed the validity of content, tested for reliability, and implemented to collect
data from 300 customers who used social media and lived in Bangkok. Additionally,
data were statistically analyzed using multiple regressions.
The results indicated that the majority of participants were female with
20–30 years of age. They completed bachelor’s degrees, worked in private
companies, and earned average monthly incomes between 15,001–25,000 baht.
The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the environmental stimuli in terms of
interactivity, environmental stimuli in terms of personalization and sociability,
technology acceptance in terms of perceived usefulness and enjoyment affecting
continuance intention to use social media of customers in Bangkok at the significant
level of .05. These factors explained 59.1% of the influence toward continuance
intention to use social media of customers in Bangkok. However, the technology
acceptance in terms of perceived ease-of-use and satisfaction did not affect
continuance intention to use social media of customers in Bangkok. |
