Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสำคัญของการรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้าที่ส่งผลต่อความภักดีของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อตราสินค้าประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์จัดแต่งทรงผม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรที่เคยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จัดแต่งทรงผมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 21-25 ปี เป็นนักเรียนนักศึกษา และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 10,000 – 20,000 บาท จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้าประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์จัดแต่งทรงผมในระดับที่มากทั้งในด้านของการรู้จักตราสินค้า การเชื่อมโยงตราสินค้า และการรับรู้คุณภาพตราสินค้า และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความภักดีของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์จัดแต่งทรงผมในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรม โดยผลจากการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้าแต่ละด้านส่งผลต่อความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าด้านทัศนคติแตกต่างกัน โดยการรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้า ด้านการรับรู้คุณภาพส่งผลมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเชื่อมโยงตราสินค้าและด้านการรู้จักตราสินค้าตามลำดับ และการรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้าแต่ละด้านส่งผลต่อความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าด้านพฤติกรรมแตกต่างกัน โดยการรับรู้คุณค่าตราสินค้าด้านการรับรู้คุณภาพส่งผลมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเชื่อมโยงตราสินค้าและด้านการรู้จักตราสินค้าตามลำดับ
The objective of this study was to analyses the importance of perceived brand equity affecting customer loyalty in hair styling products. The samples in this study were people who used hair styling products in Bangkok. A purposive sampling method was used to collect the data from 400 samples. The statistical methods used for data analysis were descriptive statistics included percentage, mean and standard deviation, and multiple regression method in hypothesis testing at a statistical significance level of 0.05. The result of this study was founded that the majority of respondents were male and aged between 21 - 25 years old. They were students. The average monthly income was 10,000 - 20,000 Baht. The opinion of respondents about perceived brand equity included brand awareness, brand associations, and brand perceived quality were at high level. In addition, the opinion of respondents about customers’ loyalty of hairstyling product included attitude and behavior aspect were at high level. According to the result of hypothesis testing was found that perceived brand equity in each aspect affects the customers’ loyalty in attitudes and behaviors differently. The perceived brand equity in perceived quality aspect affected the most followed by brand associations, and brand awareness.
