การศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ความพึงพอใจในงาน และความผูกพันของพนักงาน ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงาน ของพนักงาน บริษัท เครื่อข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความแตกต่างของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท เครือข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงาน ความพึงพอใจในงาน ความผูกพันของพนักงาน ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผล ในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท เครือข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหา และความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จานวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.966 และแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ บริษัท เครือข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จานวน 300 คน ส่วนวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ 1) สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) ซึ่ง ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และ 2) สถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) ซึ่งได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สมมติฐาน ทั้ง 2 ข้อ โดยใช้สถิติหาความแตกต่างค่าที (T-test) การเปรียบเทียบของกลุ่ม 2 กลุ่ม ใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ (F-test) หรือ การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง จะทาการทดสอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ (Multiple Comparisons) ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) และ ใช้สถิติทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ซึ่งผลของการศึกษาข้อมูล พบว่า ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน เฉพาะข้อมูลด้านอายุการทางานและข้อมูลด้านระยะเวลาที่ทางานกับบริษัท เครือข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง อิทธิพลของความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ความพึงพอใจในงาน และความผูกพันของพนักงาน ที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน บริษัท เครือข่ายการสื่อสารแห่งหนึ่ง ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The objectives of this study were to study 1) the difference of personal characteristics affecting work efficiency of employees in a networking communication technology company, and 2) the impact of the well-being, job satisfaction and employee’s engagement towards work efficiency of employees in a networking communication technology company. The close-ended questionnaire was an instrument in gathering data as well as the validity and reliability tests were applied to this study. The Cronbach’s reliability test was 0.966 from thirty employees in a networking communication technology company. Three hundreds of employees in a networking communication technology company in Bangkok were asked to fill out the questionnaire. The statistic method was 1) descriptive statistics was the percentage mean and standard deviation, and 2) inferential statistics was t-test when comparing two different groups, F-test or one way ANOVA with Scheffe multiple comparisons, and multiple regression analysis to prove the hypotheses. The result revealed that the difference of the personal characteristics had effected work efficiency in a networking communication technology company only the duration of work. In addition, individual well being, job satisfaction and employee engagement had affected work efficiency in a networking communication technology company at the statistical significance level of 0.05
