อิทธิพลของคุณภาพระบบต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม

Abstract

การศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณภาพระบบต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์สุทธิของ ผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้งานระบบโปรแกรม สตีม (Steam) ได้แก่ คุณภาพระบบที่ประกอบด้วย ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ความปลอดภัยใน การใช้งาน ความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนอง ความง่ายในการเข้าถึง และความมีเสถียรภาพของระบบ คอมพิวเตอร์ (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ คุณภาพระบบ และการใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ การใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีมและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน (4) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดล เชิงสาเหตุอิทธิพลของคุณภาพระบบต่อการใช้งาน ความพึงพอใจ และประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งาน โปรแกรมสตีม ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ตัวแปรอิสระคือ คุณภาพระบบที่ประกอบด้วย (1) มิติ ความง่ายในการใช้งาน (2) มิติความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน (3) มิติความมีเสถียรภาพ (4) มิติความเร็ว ในการตอบสนอง และ (5) มิติความง่ายในการเข้าถึง ตัวแปรคั่นกลาง ได้แก่ การใช้งานระบบและ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม และตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ ประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรม สตีม ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยทาการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย การหาค่า ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยแสดงว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี มีค่าไค-สแควร์ เท่ากับ 346.43 ค่าองศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 315 ค่าความน่าจะเป็น (p-value) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.108 ค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (df) มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.099 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ 0.956 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้ (AGFI) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.892 ค่าดัชนี ความคลาดเคลื่อนในการประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.016 นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิจัย ยังพบว่า 1) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งาน ระบบโปรแกรมสตีม 2) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความมีเสถียรภาพมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานระบบ โปรแกรมสตีม 3) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งาน ระบบโปรแกรมสตีม 4) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความง่ายในการเข้าถึงมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อการใช้งานระบบ โปรแกรมสตีม 5) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจ ของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม 6) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความมีเสถียรภาพมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของ ผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม 7) คุณภาพระบบในมิติด้านความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมสตีม 8) การใช้งานระบบมีอิทธิพลต่อทางบวกต่อประโยชน์สุทธิของผู้ใช้งาน 9) การใช้งานระบบมีอิทธิพลต่อทางบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน 10) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประโยชน์ที่ผู้ใช้งานได้รับ ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ทางโปรแกรมสตีมควรมุ่งเน้นคุณภาพระบบในมิติด้าน ความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานมิติความมีเสถียรภาพมิติความเร็วในการตอบสนองเพื่อให้เกิด การใช้งานระบบการทำธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านโปรแกรมสตีมที่มากขึ้น อันจะก่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจ และส่งผลให้เกิดประโยชน์สุทธิที่ผู้ใช้งานระบบได้รับในที่สุด

The objectives of this research were (1) To study the influence of system quality which consisted of the dimensions of ease of use, security, response times, convenience of accessand reliabilityof steam system; (2) To study the influence of system quality and steam systemusage on user satisfaction; (3) To study the influence of steam systemusage and user satisfaction on user’s net benefit; (4) To validate a causal relationship model of influence of system quality on steam system usage, user satisfaction and user’s net benefits with empirical data. The variables in this investigation consisted of the following: system quality as the independent variable consisted of the dimensions of ease of use, security, reliability, response times and convenience usage; system usage and user satisfaction as mediating variables; and user’s net benefits as a dependent variable. The researcher used quantitative methods which involved empirical research. The instrument of research was a questionnaire used to collect data from 400 steam users. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency percentae, mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis. It was found that the model was consistent with the empirical data. Goodness of fit measures were found to be: Chi-square = 346.43 (df = 315, p-value = 0.108); Relative Chi-square (df) = 1.099; Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.956; Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.892 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.016 It was also found that 1) System quality in the dimension of securityhad a positive and direct influence on steam system usage. 2) System quality in the dimension of reliability had a positive and direct influence on steam system usage. 3) System quality in the dimension of response times had a positive and direct influence on steam system usage. 4) System quality in the dimension of convenience of access had a positive and direct influence on steam system usage. 5) System quality in the dimension of security had a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. 6) System quality in the dimension of reliability had a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. 7) System quality in the dimension of response times had a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. 8) Steam usage had a positive and direct influence on user satisfaction. 9) Steam usage had a positive and direct influence on employee’s net benefits. 10) User satisfaction had a positive and direct influence on employee’s net benefits. On the basis of these findings, the researcher recommends that Steammore fully focus on system quality in the dimension ofsecurity, reliability, response times and convenience of access in order to deepen system usage, user satisfaction and user’s net benefit.
