Abstract: | การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเล่นเกม
ออนไลน์ของประชาชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีตัวแปรต้นได้แก่ส่วนประสมทางการตลาดสำหรับ
ธุรกิจบริการ ทัศนคติ การยอมรับการใช้เทคโนโลยี และรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต ตัวแปรตามคือการ
ตัดสินใจเลือกเล่นเกมออนไลน์
ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้ที่เล่นเกมในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีการ
สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จานวน 400 ซึ่งแบ่งตัวอย่างเป็น 3 กลุ่มจำแนกตาม บริเวณกรุงเทพมหานคร
เขตเจตุจักร เขตลาดพร้าว และเขตหลักสี่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่ตัวอย่างได้
กรอกแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้ 0.876 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของ
เนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ
ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือการวิเคราะห์สมการ
ถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุในช่วง 21 – 25 ปี มี
สถานภาพโสด ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัท มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ย
ต่อเดือนในช่วง 10,000 – 20,000 บาท ความถี่ที่เล่นเกมออนไลน์ 2-5 ครั้ง/ เดือน ระยะเวลาโดย
เฉลี่ยต่อวันที่เล่นเกมออนไลน์ 1-3 ชั่วโมง/ วัน ช่วงเวลาปกติที่เล่นเกมออนไลน์ 6.00 - 12.00 น.
(เย็น – กลางคืน) ค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยที่ใช้บริการเกมออนไลน์ ไม่เคยเติมหรือเสียค่าบริการ เหตุผลที่ทำให้
ตัดสินใจเล่นเกมออนไลน์คือพักผ่อน หาอะไรทำยามว่าง
จากการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าส่วนประสมทางการตลาดสำหรับธุรกิจบริการ ทัศนคติ การ
ยอมรับการใช้เทคโนโลยี และรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตมีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเล่นเกมออนไลน์ของ
ประชาชนในกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 The objective of this study is to study influence factor for the decision to play
online games of people in Bangkok. The independent variables of this study are
marketing mix for service business, attitude, technology acceptance, and lifestyle.
The dependent variable is the decision to play online games.
The samples used in this study come from convenience selection of online
game players in Bangkok, 400 persons. The samples are divided into 40 groups
according to the area in Bangkok; Jatujak, Ladprao, and Laksi districts. The tools that
are used in the study are questionnaire that the samples fill in by themselves. The
reliability is 0.876 and the content passed validity test by the experts. Descriptive
statistics are used to analyze the data, i.e. percentage, average, standard deviation,
and inferential statistics that are used to analyze is multiple regression.
The study shows that most of the respondent are single men at the age
between 21 – 25 years old, working as employees at private companies, graduated
with a bachelors degree, and having average income between 10,000 – 20,000 baht
per month. Frequency of online games playing is 2-5 times/ month. Average daily
time spent playing online games is 1-3 hours/day. Normal period of time to play
online games is 18.00 - 24.00 hrs (evening – night). Average expenses spent to play
online games is zero, in other words they pay the fee. The reasons to play online
games are to relax and to spend free time.
In the hypothesis testing it is found that marketing mix for service business,
attitude, technology acceptance, and lifestyle have an influence on the decision to
play online games of people in Bangkok, indicating statistical significant at .05 level. |
