การศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของชุดคอสเพลย์ที่ตัด และ ทัศนคติของการบอกต่อของบุคคลอื่น ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกร้านตัดชุดคอสเพลย์ของคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของชุดคอสเพลย์ที่ตัด ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกร้านตัดชุดคอสเพลย์ของคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติการบอกต่อของบุคคลอื่น ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกร้านตัดชุดคอสเพลย์ของคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คแอลฟ่า และเมื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจริง 428 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.908 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่แต่งชุดคอสเพลย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในเดือนมีนาคม 2557 มีวิธีการทางสถิติ แบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย สัดส่วนร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ พบว่า ระดับความคาดหวังของชุดคอสเพลย์ที่ตัด และ ทัศนคติของการบอกต่อของบุคคลอื่น ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกร้านตัดชุดคอสเพลย์ของคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในระดับมาก และ ทัศนคติของการบอกต่อของบุคคลอื่น มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกร้านตัดชุดคอสเพลย์ของคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มากกว่า ระดับความคาดหวังของชุดคอสเพลย์ที่ตัด

This research aimed to study on expectation towards tailor-made cosplay affecting to the decision making for Cosplay Tailor Selection of cosplayers in Bangkok area and to study on attitudes towards word-of-mouth affecting to the decision making for Cosplay Tailor Selection of cosplayers in Bangkok area. The tool used for data collection was questionnaire for testing content accuracy and reliability in accordance with Cronbach’s Alpha method. After collecting data from 428 members of actual sample group, the confidence level was 0.908. The sample group involved people wearing cosplay in Bangkok area in March 2014. Statistical analysis used could be divided into 2 types, including descriptive statistics namely mean, percentage, standard deviation, and constructive statistics namely multiple regression analysis. As a result, it was found that the level of expectation towards tailor-made cosplay and attitudes towards word-of-mouth affecting to the decision making for Cosplay Tailor Selection of cosplayers in Bangkok area were high. However, the level attitudes towards word-of-mouth affecting to the decision making for Cosplay Tailor Selection of cosplayers in Bangkok area was higher than the level of expectation towards tailor-made cosplay.
