Abstract: | This research aims to develop a data visualization dashboard for automation lines monitoring using mixed reality technology in order to decrease maintenance process time in a production line. This research follows the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The problem is defined through study of the production line is the lack of a display unit that gathers all information data and communication system between maintenance teams in a single location. The focus of this work is to develop a system that collects all the data from different systems, processes and displays them in an informative manner. The system focuses on the data of the automatic HDD assembly machine and its display using mixed reality technology and a communication system between users with video signals and sound through holographic equipment call HoloLens. The maintenance process flow chart shows the result of the maintenance process operation, this system can decrease maintenance processing time in a production line by 48.97%. |
