ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติในจังหวัดภูเก็ตของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย หลังการแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19

Abstract

จากการศึกษามุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย ในเดือน มกราคม พ.ศ. 2566 และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย ในช่วงเดือน มกราคม พ.ศ. 2566 เป็นวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) และวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ในงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็น นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เคยเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติ จังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) t-test และ One-way ANOVA และ Multiple Regression ผลการค้นคว้าพบว่า 1) นักท่องเที่ยวมีระดับการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ต หลังวิกฤตการณ์โรคระบาดโควิด 19 เพราะต้องการสนองความต้องการของตนเอง เพราะการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ต หลังวิกฤตการณ์โรคระบาดโควิด 19 นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพอใจสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต จึงมีการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดภูเก็ตเพราะต้องการพักผ่อนในช่วงวันหยุด และ 2) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบด้านการท่องเที่ยว (5A’s) ที่ต่างกัน มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย หลังการแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19 ซึ่งด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ต่อมาคือ ด้านที่พัก ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ความสามารถในการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ตามลำดับและปัจจัยมาตรการความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัย และการควบคุมโรคระบาดโควิด-19 ที่ต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย หลังการแพร่ระบาดโควิด-19 โดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมากที่สุดและ ด้านอาชญากรรมทางร่างกายและทรัพย์สิน และอุบัติเหตุ รองลงมา

This study aims to investigate a level of Ecotourism (natural way of traveling) influencing Thai visitors’ decision-making on visiting Phuket province during January 2023 and so that potential factors towards their decision-making explored on a natural way of trekking in January 2023 in particular. It is quantitative and qualitative research, of which the 400 samples of Thai visitors have traveled in such a way here before in the province. The statistical tools included Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression. It found that 1) the visitors have gained a certain level of decision-making on visiting Phuket after the pandemic Covid-19 had lasted to end due to their demands. Apart from this, they are likely to travel here with their preferences on Phuket’s particular tourist attractions and to spend time during holidays. And 2) 5A’s, schemed factors of marketing tourism cause the Thai visitors’ decision-making to travel in such a way in Phuket after the relief of the 19-pandemic disease. Tourist attractions, the attractions factor, were rated most while accommodation followed. Other factors that include Activities, Accessibility, and Destination Amenities are rated less. In terms of hygienic safety and the pandemic Covid-19 control, in a particular way, influenced Thai visitors’ decision-making regarding natural trekking in Phuket are generally the highest rate after the pandemic Covid-19 when the violation of crime, personal property, and various accidents is rated high.
