Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอีเวนต์เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ประเภทเบียร์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ซึ่งการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีรูปแบบการจัดทำเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอีเวนต์เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ประเภทเบียร์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 138 ชุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง โดยจำแนกตามอายุพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 25-30 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 20,001-30,000 และพักอาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะประชากรไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอีเวนต์เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ประเภทเบียร์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ในด้านพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคด้านช่วงเวลาพบว่าผู้บริโภคนิยมดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในช่วงเวลาที่นิยมมากที่สุดคือ ช่วงเวลา 21.01-23.00 น. ด้านการเลือกดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์กับบุคคลพบว่านิยมดื่มกับเพื่อนมากที่สุด ด้านสาเหตุการเลือกดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ อันดับแรกคือดื่มเพื่อเพิ่มความสนุกสนาน ด้านประเภทของเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่เลือกดื่มมากที่สุดคือ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ประเภทเบียร์ และด้านความถี่ในการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์พบว่ามีน้อยกว่า 3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ จากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคมีผลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อีเวนต์เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ประเภทเบียร์ ในด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาดพบว่า ภาพรวมในทุกด้านของปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดมีผลต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอีเวนต์เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ประเภทเบียร์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล
A study of factors affecting beer festival participation among consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan Region is a quantitative research targeted at researching factors affecting beer festival participation among consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The questionnaire was administered to 138 different sets. The majority of the samples were female. According to age, most respondents were between the ages of 25 and 30, with a bachelor's degree being the most common educational level and working as a private corporate employee with a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 and residing in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. According to the findings of the hypothesis testing, the demographic component was not connected with participation. Beer festival participation among consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan Region showed that people tended to drink alcoholic at specific periods 21.01-23.00 is the most preferred period, and people prefer to drink with their friends. Regarding the reasons behind the decision to drink alcoholic beverages, the first is to have fun. The type of alcoholic beverage that was chosen most often was beer. The frequency of alcohol consumption was found to be less than 3 days per week. Consumer behavior affects how much people participate in beer-drinking events. It was found that all aspects of the marketing mix are essential in determining how much people participate in a festival. Beer is a popular alcoholic drink in Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
