พฤติกรรมและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำแนกตามพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยว การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน ประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-Test และค่า F-Test (ANOVA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยรวมมีระดับความพึงพอใจด้านด้านสถานที่ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านบุคลากรให้บริการ และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ มีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำแนกตามลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวที่มีอาชีพ และ รายได้ต่อเดือน ที่แตกต่างกัน จะมีระดับความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกัน 3) เปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อวัดในตำบลคลองสระบัว จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำแนกตามพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยว พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวที่เคยมาท่องเที่ยวแล้ว และลักษณะความสัมพันธ์ ที่แตกต่าง จะมีระดับความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of satisfaction of tourists towards temples in Khlong Sa Bua Sub-district. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to compare the level of satisfaction of tourists towards temples in Khlong Sa Bua Sub-district Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Classified by demographic characteristics. 3) to compare the level of satisfaction of tourists towards temples in Khlong Sa Bua Sub-district. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Classified by tourism behavior. This research used a sample of 400 people, processed by statistical package program. Statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and F-Test (ANOVA) values were used. The results showed that 1) the level Satisfaction of tourists towards temples in Khlong Sa Bua Subdistrict Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Overall, there was a level of satisfaction in terms of location. Facilities Service personnel and public relations have a high level of satisfaction. 2) Compare the level of tourists' satisfaction towards temples in Khlong Sa Bua Sub-district. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Classified by demographic characteristics found that tourists with occupation and monthly income different There will be different levels of satisfaction. 3) Compare the level of tourists' satisfaction towards temples in Khlong Sra Bua Sub-district. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province Classified by tourism behavior, it was found that tourists who had traveled before and different relationship characteristics had no different levels of satisfaction.
