ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กร กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ซุปเปอร์ วอเตอร์ จำกัด

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ซุปเปอร์ วอเตอร์ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กร กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ซุปเปอร์ วอเตอร์ จำกัด โดยงานวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงของเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานบริษัท ซุปเปอร์ วอเตอร์ จำกัด จำนวน 150 คน ทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของ Cronbach's Alpha กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.965 สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กร กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ซุปเปอร์ วอเตอร์ จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ความรู้และความเข้าใจในงาน ขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน การวางแผน และการควบคุม

The objective of this research was 1) to study factors influencing organizational management efficiency in a case study of Super Water Company Limited, and 2) to study the relationship of factors influencing organizational management efficiency in a case study of Super Water Company Limited. The research used a closed-ended questionnaire. Data was collected from 150 employees of Super Water Company Limited. The content validity and reliability were tasted with a sample of 30 employees, using Cronbach's alpha method, and obtained a confidence level of 0.965. The inferential statistics used to test the hypothesis were multiple regression analysis. The findings were that the factors influencing organizational management efficiency in a case study of Super Water Company Limited with statistical significance at the .05 level were knowledge and understanding of work, morale, planning, and controlling.
