Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the impact of reward system, work place and job performance affecting employees work effectiveness for the logistics company group. The 250 respondents were employees who are working in the logistics company group. Researcher used the questionnaire to collect the data from such respondents. The multiple regression model used hypothesis testing with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. The result was found that reward system, work place and job performance had impact on the employee work effectiveness.
