0.05 The objective of this study was to study information and news exposure and
the attitude that were related to customer buying decision behavior towards skincare
products which had different ingredients in Bangkok.
Researchers studied the sample group, including both 305 men and women
between the ages of 18 and 50–years–old or more. They were consumers who
bought or used to buy skincare products which had different ingredients in Bangkok.
This study was quantitative research. Convenient sampling was used by randomizing
online questionnaires. The analytical statistics included frequency, percentage, mean
and standard deviation. Moreover, Independent Samples t–test for testing statistics
used Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and One way ANOVA. The variables in
this study were independent variables and dependent variables. Independent
variables included demographic characteristics, searching for information and
attitude. Dependent variables included buying decision towards skincare products
which had different ingredients.
The results indicated that most respondents were 221 women between the
ages of 21 and 30–years–old. Educational degree was bachelor's degree. 109 people
