การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ประโยชน์และความปลอดภัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้คลาวด์สตอเรจของผู้ใช้งาน

Abstract

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการรับรู้ความง่าย ประโยชน์ และความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลาวด์ สตอเรจของผู้ใช้งาน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้คลาวด์ สตอเรจ(Cloud Storage) จำนวน 400 ชุด พบว่า และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ ความถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 26-30 ปี โดยส่วนใหญ่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และมีอาชีพเป็นข้าราชการ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่คือ 15,000-25,000 บาท ความถี่ในการใช้บริการชำระเงินผ่านอุปกรณ์สื่อสารเคลื่อนที่จำนวน 2-10 ครั้งต่อเดือน และมีผู้ใช้เคยใช้ Google Drive มากที่สุด และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ปัจจัยการรับรู้ประโยชน์การใช้งาน และปัจจัยด้านความปลอดภัย ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้คลาวด์สตอเรจของผู้ใช้งาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน ส่งผลต่อการใช้งานที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้คลาวด์ สตอเรจ(Cloud Storage) มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน และปัจจัยการรับรู้ถึงความปลอดภัย ตามลำดับ โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์การใช้บริการคลาวด์ สตอเรจ(Cloud Storage) ได้ร้อยละ 74 ที่เหลืออีกร้อยละ 26 เป็นผลเนื่องมาจากตัวแปรอื่น

Followed by the perceived ease of use. And security awareness factors respectively. and gained the result at 74 percent of Cloud Storage service, the remaining 26 percent is due to other variables
