Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to examine the independent factors positively affecting consumers’ loyalty of Haidilao Hot Pot in Chang Zhou City in China. Those independent factors were ambient, food quality, aesthetic requirement, service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, engagement, and commitment towards loyalty of Haidilao Hot Pot’s consumers in Chang Zhou City in China. Total samples of 212 respondents collcted with this survey questionnaire in Wujin District Tianning District, and Zhonglou District in Chang Zhe Alomst all were females 25-32 years old,married,with bachelor degree background, with salary between 2501 to 4000 yuan per month,pricate companies; employees.
