การศึกษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การ และสิ่งแวดล้อมในองค์การต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานของพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ที่มีต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานของพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิผลของหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การ ที่มีความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานของพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิผลของสิ่งแวดล้อมในองค์การ ที่มีความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานของพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด และกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางการคำนวณหาขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Taro Yamane ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน +- 5% ซึ่งได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยจะสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ส่วนวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าที และสถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้านระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด มีผลต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานขององค์การของพนักงานบริษัทมิตรไมตรีการแพทย์ จำกัด อิทธิพลของหลักธรรมาภิบาล ด้านหลักคุณธรรม หลักความโปร่งใส ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมมีอิทธิพล ด้านความรับผิดชอบ มีอิทธิพลต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานขององค์การ ส่วนหลักนิติกรรมและด้านความคุ้มค่า ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานขององค์การ อิทธิพลของสิ่งแวดล้อมในองค์การ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และ สิ่งแวดล้อมทางสังคมมีอิทธิพลต่อความเชื่อมั่นผูกพันในงานขององค์การ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this research were 1) to study different personal factors affecting the work engagement among employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited, 2) to study the influence of good corporate governance on the work engagement among employees of Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited, and 3) to study the influence of organizational environment on the work engagement among employees of Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample of this study was employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s table with the confidence level of 95% and error of + - 5%. The sample size was calculated to be 200. The sample was selected based on simple random sampling. Data were analyzed with two statistical methods, namely descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics including statistics, t-test and F-test. The results of this study showed that for personal factors, the highest educational level influenced work engagement among employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited. In terms of good corporate governance, integrity, transparency, participation, and accountability influenced work engagement among employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited. Rule of Law and value for money did not influence work engagement among employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited. In terms of organizational environment, physical environment and social environment influenced work engagement among employees at Mith Mitree Medical Company Limited with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
