Abstract: | การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารทางการตลาดโดยใช้
ภาพเคลื่อนไหวบนระบบออนไลน์ที่ส่งผลความตั้งใจ ความสนใจ ความต้องการ และการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อ ระดับ
บัณฑิตศึกษา ในมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน โดยผู้วิจัยจะทำการศึกษากับนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี นักศึกษาที่
คาดว่าจะจบการศึกษา ในระดับปริญญาตรี และบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจและชอบที่ค้นหาข้อมูลการศึกษาในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
ในมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน เฉพาะเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้
รีเกรสชัน (Regression Analysis) ผลการการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาใน
ระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง21-23 ปี ส่วนใหญ่ศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 อยู่ในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐและ
เอกชน จำนวนเท่ากัน ส่วนใหญ่สนใจศึกษาต่อที่มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ โดยค้นหาข้อมูลทางออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับ มหาวิทยาลัย
และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่า ประโยชน์ของการชมในขณะที่มีภาพเคลื่อนไหว คือ การได้รับความรู้ สามารถ
นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการศึกษา ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ความตั้งใจในการติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสาร ความสนใจในการ
ชมข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็น
ต่อประสิทธิภาพของการสื่อสารทางการตลาด โดยใช้ภาพเคลื่อนไหวบนระบบออนไลน์ของระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาใน
มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน This research has the objectives to analyze the relations in terms of impact between opinions
toward the efficiency of marketing communications by using online animations and the intention,
interest, demand, and decision to study graduate-level education in private university when receiving
news from online animations. The researcher will conduct the study with 400 participants, which
include university students who are currently studying undergraduate-level education, universitystudents who are expecting to complete their undergraduate studies, and general individuals that are
interested and enjoy searching for information related to graduate education in private university in the
Bangkok district only. The tool used in the research is a questionnaire. Data are analyzed by using
regressions. The following study results are discovered that the majority of questionnaire responders
are female university students who are currently studying undergraduate-level education, are between
21 – 23 years old, and are mostly studying in the 4th year of public and private educational
institutions. Most of them are interested to take further education at Bangkok University, have
researched information about the university from online channels, and see that the advantage of
viewing online animations is knowledge cognition, which can be beneficially used in education. The
hypothesis testing shows that intention in following news information, interest in viewing news
information, demand for further education and decision to study graduate-level education in private
university have relations to the opinions toward the efficiency of marketing communications by using
online animations of graduate-level education in private university. |
