Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค ศึกษาโครงสร้างธุรกิจออนไลน์รูปแบบเว็บไซด์กึ่งเครือข่ายสังคม ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อเว็บไซด์กึ่งนิตยสารในอัตลักษณ์ผู้หญิงเก่ง วิเคราะห์ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีด้านสังคมออนไลน์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่มีผลกับธุรกิจเว็บไซด์กึ่งนิตยสาร และศึกษาโอกาสทางธุรกิจในการสร้างเว็บไซด์กึ่งนิตยสาร
ในอัตลักษณ์ผู้หญิงเก่ง โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสม ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพกับผู้ประกอบธุรกิจสื่อออนไลน์และนิตยสาร แล้วนำข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์มาสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ทั้งนี้ได้ทำการสำรวจกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้หญิงที่ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ทเป็นประจำ จำนวน 424 คน และนำข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ค่าทางสถิติ แจกแจงเป็นค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย โดยใช้มาตรวัด Likert Scale
ผลวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มผู้หญิงไทยที่ใช้สื่อออนไลน์เป็นประจำส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 22-30 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัท และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 10,000 – 20,000 บาท กลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ใช้เวลากับการเข้าอินเตอร์เน็ท 3 – 6 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ด้วยอุปกรณ์สมาร์ท
โฟนเป็นหลักโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และแทปเล็ตควบคู่ด้วย อีกทั้งยังใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์หลายชนิดควบคู่กัน โดย Facebook Line และ Youtube ได้รับความนิยมเป็นสามอันดับสูงสุด ทั้งนี้หากในเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ที่ใช้บริการอยู่ปรากฏเว็บลิงค์แนบมา เหตุผลที่จะตัดสินใจคลิกเว็บลิงค์มากที่สุดคือ ต้องเป็นเรื่องราวที่อยู่ในความสนใจของตนเองอย่างแท้จริงเท่านั้น หรือต้องเป็นเรื่องที่แปลก
และเป็นเรื่องใหม่ที่ไม่เคยทราบมาก่อน เป็นเหตุผลรองลงมา
จากผลการวิจัย ทำให้ผู้วิจัยสามารถนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาเป็นแผนธุรกิจเพื่อจัดตั้งเว็บไซต์กึ่งนิตยสารในอัตลักษณ์ผู้หญิงเก่งอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ This research aims to study about online consumer behavior, online business
structure as Semi-Social networking website, Consumer Wants for Smart lady identity
magazine website, Technologies advanced analysis regarding social network online in
various forms which affect Semi-Magazine website business and Business opportunity
to create Smart Lady Magazine Site. By Mixed Method Research, In-depth Interview in
Qualitative research with online media and magazine entrepreneur, then using the
data from interviewing to create questionnaire for quantitative research. Hence, the
survey has been used with targeted group, 424 of female internet users and using
survey as the data for statistical analysis, enumerate as percentage, average mean by
using Likert Scale measurement.
The research found frequently Thai female using online media in span of age
22-30 year-old. They graduated Bachelor's degree and carry on a company officer
with salary per month 10,000 – 20,000 Baht. This group of people spends 3-6 hours
with internet per day. They use smart phone as main application along with
computer and Taplet, also using many social media networks at the same time.
Facebook, Line and Youtube are the top three most popular. Hence, If the
attached links appear when using Social media online, the most primary reason to
decide and click on those web links are, Only gained truly interesting from user
oneself or must be strange or mysterious story and new things never acknowledged
before is the secondary reason.
From the research result, the researcher could take all the concerned data to
develop the business plan for efficiently creation of the Smart Lady Magazine Site. |
