ระดับความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครก่อนและหลังการฝึกงานวิชาชีพด้านธุรกิจ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครก่อนเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกงานวิชาชีพด้านธุรกิจ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกงานวิชาชีพด้านธุรกิจ และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบถึงความพร้อมของลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจ สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกงานวิชาชีพด้านธุรกิจ โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาจากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ ซึ่งสังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 415 คน จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านสถิติเชิงบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร 2 กลุ่มที่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ คือ นักศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจที่สังกัดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครหลังเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกงานวิชาชีพด้านธุรกิจมีระดับความพร้อมของลักษณะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการในทุกด้านคือความสามารถในด้านการวางแผน ความสามารถในการจัดองค์การ ความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำ และความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์

This research aims 1) to study about the entrepreneurship level of students in the faculty of Business Administration, under the Private University Institution in Bangkok before participating in the career training project for business 2) to study about the entrepreneurship level of the students in the Faculty of Business Administration, under the Private University Institution in Bangkok after participating in career training project for business and 3) to compare the readiness of the entrepreneurship quality of the students in the Faculty of Business Administration, under the Private University Institution in Bangkok before and after participating in the career training project for business by gathering the information through the questionnaire from the sample group of 415 students in the Faculty of Business Administration which belong to the Private University Institution in Bangkok, and then analyze the descriptive statistic information and analyze the difference between the average value of 2 groups of relative people. Results After participating in Professional Internship, the career training project for business, the student in the Faculty of Business Administration have better than before participating In Planning, Organizing, Leading, Creating, Coordinating, Relationship by the use of statistic at the level of 0.05 significance.
