The objectives of this research were to study quantity, attitude, efficiency, and skills of using information technology for enhancing instruction of faculty members at Bangkok University. A survey technique was employed. The population of research was the faculty who have taught and researched at both City and Rangsit Campus of Bangkok University. The sample used in the research came from stratified random sampling and the population could represent 9 schools and 1 institute. The research tool was a questionnaire. The number of population was 392, but the sample sizes of the research were 235. There were 143 copies to be returned that was 61% of the sample sizes. The quantitative data had been analyzed and yielded results of descriptive statistics, frequency, one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA), correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1. Most of the selected subjected had Master’s degree. The quantity of using information technology was 4 day per week. They had positive attitude towards using IT. They had average levels of efficiency and skills. 2. No difference was found in terms of quantity, attitude and efficiency among subjects, expect the skills of the faculty in the school of engineering and language institute were different. 3. The relationships between experience, age, and quantity, skills were found to be negatively significant at the level 0.05.
