ระบบติดตามระหว่างการปฏิบัติหน้าที่

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ในโครงงานนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบติดตามระหว่างการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ขึ้นมาใช้ในองค์กร เพื่อแก้ไขกับระบบจัดเก็บเอกสารแบบเดิมที่ไม่มีระบบการจัดเก็บเอกสาร และ ยากต่อการค้นหาเอกสารที่ได้มีการบันทึก นอกจากนี้การพัฒนาระบบนี้ขึ้นมา เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิ์ ภาพในการทำงานในด้านการบันทึกเหตุการณ์ และในกรณีที่มีการแก้ไขปัญหายังไม่เสร็จสิ้น ซึ่ง ระบบการทำงานแบบเดิมได้มีการรายงานเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่รับช่วงใน การปฏิบัติงานต่อ โดยใช้แบบฟอร์มที่จัดทำขึ้นมา แต่ไม่มีการบันทึกลงระบบ โดยเนื้อหาในการส่ง เหตุการณ์ต่อก็จะประกอบไปด้วย เหตุการณ์ที่ยังแก้ไขไม่เสร็จสิ้น รายชื่อลูกค้าที่รับผิดชอบ วิธีการ แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และสิ่งที่ต้องติดตามการทำงานต่อ ซึ่งในแบบฟอร์มที่ได้มีการบันทึกแบบเดิม นั้น ยากต่อการค้นหาข้อมูลที่ผ่านมา และการจัดเก็บแบบเดิมนั้นยังไม่มีประสิทธิ์ภาพในการรองรับ การทำงานที่เกิดขึ้น จึงได้มีการพัฒนาระบบจัดเก็บเอกสารนี้ขึ้นมา ได้มีการนำความรู้จากวิชาการ วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ มาใช้โดยได้ใช้เทคนิคและวิธีต่างๆ ตามที่ได้เรียนได้นำมาใช้ประกอบ และวิเคราะหการออกแบบในครั้งด้วย ผลจากการศึกษา และพัฒนาระบบติดตามระหว่างการปฏิบัติหน้าที่นี้ขึ้นมา ประโยชน์ที่ คาดว่าจะได้รับจากการออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบคือ การนำระบบที่ได้ออกแบบไปใช้ในองค์กร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิ์ภาพในการทำงาน และสามารถติดตามเหตุการณ์ และค้นหาเหตุการณ์ที่ได้มีการ บันทึกรวมถึงการออกรายงานการบันทึกเหตุการณ์ในอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

The objectives of this study are to develop a Tracking System within the organization, to adjust old document management that without a system and difficult to seek the memorandum. In addition, this system development is to increase efficiency for the memorandum. In case, the problem-solving is still unfinished, the old document management sends to this case by use the form but without a memo system. The sending content includes the case that problem-solving is still unfinished, the list of the customer, the method of the elementary problem-solving, and something that must follow. The form of the old document management is difficult to seek the information about above-mentioned details and inefficiency to support for all. Thus, the development of the Tracking System occurs. The knowledge about system analysis and design course participated in this study. The result of a study and develop a Tracking System is to apply within the organization, to increase efficiency, follow and seek for the memorandum includes the manipulation of the memorandum in other direction.
