Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถและความพึงพอใจในงาน งานที่มีความหมาย การสนับสนุนของผู้บังคับบัญชา การสนับสนุนขององค์กร และรางวัลที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และผลลัพธ์หลัก (Objective and Key Results: OKRs) ของพนักงานบริษัทในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานบริษัทในกรุงเทพมหานครที่ใช้แนวคิดวัตถุประสงค์และผลลัพธ์หลักในการวัดผลการดำเนินงาน จำนวน 204 คน และใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ซึ่งผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในงานและงานที่มีความหมายส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และผลลัพธ์หลักของพนักงานบริษัทในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในขณะที่ความสามารถในงาน การสนับสนุนของผู้บังคับบัญชา การสนับสนุนขององค์กร และรางวัลไม่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และผลลัพธ์หลักของพนักงานบริษัทในกรุงเทพมหานคร The study was aimed primarily to identify job competence and satisfaction, meaningful work, supervisor support, organizational support and reward affecting engagement with objective and key results (OKRs) of employees in Bangkok. Close-ended questionnaires were verified the reliability and content validity for data collection. The samples in the study were 204 employees in Bangkok who used OKRs to assess their performance. Additionally, the inferential statistics used for hypothesis testing were multiple regression. The results were found that job satisfaction and meaningful work affected the engagement with OKRs of employees in Bangkok with statistical significance of .05. However, job competence, supervisor support, organizational support and reward did not affect the engagement with OKRs of employees in Bangkok. |
