คุณค่าของแบรนด์ และคุณภาพของแพลตฟอร์มที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการศัลยกรรมกับโรงพยาบาลมาสเตอร์พีช

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณค่าของแบรนด์ และปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของแพลตฟอร์มที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับบริการของโรงพยาบาลมาสเตอร์พีช ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้ที่เคยใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลมาสเตอร์พีช โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จานวน 360 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่ตัวอย่างได้กรอกแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ ใช้เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คุณค่าของแบรนด์ และคุณภาพของแพลตฟอร์ม ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจ ใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลศัลยกรรมความงามมาสเตอร์พีช อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

The purpose of this study was to study the factors of brand equity and platform quality affecting the intention to use services to Masterpiece Hospital. The sample used in the study was 360 respondents who had previously used services of Masterpiece Hospital by using a purposive sampling method. The research instrument was a self-administered questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics which was multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The result showed that brand equity and platform quality had a statistically significant influence on the intention to use services of Masterpiece hospital at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
