ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อนักศึกษาจีนในการเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ประเทศไทย

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาจีน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อนักศึกษาจีนในการเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ประเทศไทย และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลในการเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ประเทศไทยของนักศึกษาจีนที่มาจากต่างมณฑล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก จำนวน 373 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทำการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนเสริมจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 4 คน ตำแหน่งอาจารย์ผู้สอน 1 ท่าน และเจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกนักศึกษาจีน 3 ท่าน จากวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมาหานคร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง สำเร็จการศึกษาก่อนศึกษาระดับมหาวิทยาลัยในสาขาวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ ส่วนใหญ่มาจากมณฑลกวางสี อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยนานกว่ามากกว่า 4 ปี เกือบทั้งหมดมีแหล่งทุนการศึกษาเป็นทุนส่วนตัว และส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ที่ได้รับต่อเดือนมากกว่า 15,000 บาท ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลในการเลือกศึกษาต่อ พบว่า มีความสำคัญมากทุกปัจจัย โดยปัจจัยที่มีระดับความสำคัญในภาพรวมสูงสุด คือ ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร นักศึกษาจีนจากซานตงให้ความสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจด้วยปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ปัจจัยด้านช่องทางจัดจำหน่าย/ทำเลที่ตั้งด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด/การประชาสัมพันธ์ นักศึกษาจีนจากปักกิ่งให้ความสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจด้วยปัจจัยด้านราคา/ค่าใช้จ่าย นักศึกษาจีนจากปักกิ่งให้ความสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจด้วยปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการ และนักศึกษาจีนจากกวางตุ้งให้ความสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจด้วยปัจจัยด้านกายภาพและการนำเสนอ

The purpose of this study is to take Chinese international students as a research sample to explore the influencing factors that influence Chinese students to choose private universities in Bangkok and its surrounding areas to study for bachelor's degree programs. In this study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. In terms of selecting research samples, the author adopted a random sampling method, selected a total of 373 quest ionnaires as samples, and Descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation were performed on the data. There are additional data collected through interviews with 4 key informants, 1 faculty member, and 3 departmental assistants from the International Faculty. The results of the study showed that most of the samples were female. They all completed pre-university studies in the liberal arts before coming to Thailand for undergraduate studies. Most of them are from Guangxi and have lived in Thailand for more than 4 years. The source of tuition fees is almost all personal assets, and most of them earn more than 15,000 baht per month. All factors that influence the choice of study are very important. Overall the highest influencing factor is the personal factor. Chinese students from Shandong attach importance to publicity factors, including publicity channel factors, publicity promotion locations, and public relations. Chinese students from Beijing value the price factor, not only that, they also prioritize their ideas and the process of choosing a school. As for students from Guangdong, they value their ideas and other people's suggestions.
