Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the effect of AI Awareness, Perceived Job Security, Employee Engagement, Self-efficacy on Turnover Intention Among Thai employees in hotel business. The 151 respondents were Thai employees who were working at the hotel, which utilizes AI, in Bangkok, Thailand. As a research instrument, the questionnaire was used to distribute surveys and gather data from respondents. The statistic used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result was found that Job Security with Severity of Threats dimension has the most significant impact on turnover intention followed by Engagement with Psychological Contract dimension while AI awareness, Job Security with Powerlessness, Engagement with Empowerment dimension, and Self-Efficacy have no impact on turnover intention at the significant level of 0.05
