การใช้และความพึงพอใจในสื่อการสอนออนไลน์ของโครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางประชากรที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์ในการอบรมแบบออนไลน์โครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์กับความพึงพอใจ ในการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์โครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์ และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์โครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์ พรทรัพย์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.90 และแจกกับครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์ ทั้งหมดจำนวน 150 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภทคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์ของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์ ด้านระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยการใช้งานต่อครั้งจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์จากการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์ และพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์ของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ระดับประถมศึกษาของมูลนิธิศักดิ์พรทรัพย์ ด้านจุดประสงค์ในการใช้งาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจจากการใช้สื่อการสอนออนไลน์

The objectives of this study are to study demographic characteristics that affect the use of online teaching materials of the teacher training program and the primary level of the Sakdibhornssup Foundation's training programs; to compare demographic characteristics and uses and gratifications of online teaching materials for the teacher and education personnel for the primary level of the Sakdibhornssup foundation's training programs, and to study the uses and gratifications of online teaching materials for the teacher and education personnel for the primary level of the Sakdibhornssup foundation's training programs. The close-ended questionnaire was used to collect data and the content validity and Cronbach’s Alpha reliability tests were used in this study. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test was 0.90 from 30 participants' contributions, moreover, 150 participants. The statistical methods were categorized into descriptive and influential statistics methods. The compelling statistics method was Correlation coefficient analysis. The result found that behaviour of using online teaching materials of the participants in the teacher potential development education personnel for the primary level of the Sakdibhornssup foundation's training programs; aspects average duration of use per time is related to the utilization of the use of online teaching materials, aspects purpose of the use is related to the gratifications of online teaching materials.
