Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาส่วนประสมการตลาด ความไว้วางใจ และการรับรู้คุณค่าของช่องทางออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้ออาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงออนไลน์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ซื้ออาหารสัตว์ผ่านทางออนไลน์ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 132 คน และใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความไว้วางใจ และการรับรู้คุณค่าของช่องทางออนไลน์ด้านความสะดวก สบายมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้ออาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงออนไลน์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ในขณะที่ส่วนประสมการตลาดในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านการให้บริการแบบเจาะจง ด้านการรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัว การรับรู้คุณค่าของช่องทางออนไลน์ ในด้านการให้บริการ ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านการเงิน ด้านการบูรณาการตราสินค้า ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้ออาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงออนไลน์
The objectives of this research was to study marketing mix, trust and perceived value of online channel affecting online purchase decisions on pet food. The population used in the study consisted of people who had an experience of purchasing pet food through an online channel. A total of 132 samples were selected by using a purposive sampling method. An online questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics utilized in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The research results found that the trust and perceived value of online channel in dimensions of convenience affected online purchase decisions on pet food with a statistical significance level of 0.05. While the marketing mix in dimensions of product, price, distribution channel, marketing promotion, personalization, and privacy protection, as well as perceived value of online channel in aspects of service performance, emotion, financial and brand integration did not affect online purchase decisions on pet food.
